Linear Screw Motor

Linear stepping motor, or linear stepping motor, is generated by the magnetic rotor core interacting with the pulse electromagnetic field generated by the stator to generate rotation. The linear stepping motor converts the rotary motion into linear motion inside the motor. The main features are as follows:

1. The positioning accuracy is high. Where linear motion is required, the linear motor can achieve direct transmission, thus eliminating various positioning errors caused by intermediate links;

2. Fast reaction speed, high sensitivity and good follow-up. The linear motor can easily achieve that its mover is supported by magnetic levitation, so that a certain air gap is always maintained between the mover and the stator without contact, which eliminates the stator and the mover. The frictional resistance between the contacts.

3. Safe and reliable work, long life, linear motor can realize non-contact transmission force, mechanical friction loss is almost zero, so there are few failures and maintenance-free.

Fourth, the linear motor does not require an additional device to turn rotation into linear motion, which greatly simplifies the structure of the system itself, and greatly reduces the weight and volume. Linear motors are mainly used in three aspects: 1. Used in automatic control systems; 2. Used as a drive motor for long-term continuous operation; 3. Used in devices that need to provide huge linear motion kinetic energy in a short time and within a short distance.
